If you believe that the landlord has applied to terminate your tenancy in retaliation for you having made an earlier application to ACAT or making a complaint to a government organisation, or having otherwise sought to enforces your rights, e.g. by seeking legal advice about your rights, then you may be able to defend the eviction on that basis.
