Discrimination

< Back to list

The Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (Qld) says that everybody has the right to be treated fairly. If you think you have been unlawfully discriminated against because of a personal attribute (such as your race, religion, age or parental status) you can contact the Anti-Discrimination Commission of Queensland for information or to make a complaint.
