Notice to Remedy Breach Form
You can use a Notice to Remedy Breach form to notify the lessor, agent or provider about the need for repairs or maintenance. This notice is evidence of your repair request and gives a date by which the repairs must be done.
The Notice to Remedy Breach must give the lessor, agent or provider a minimum time period to do the repairs. For general tenancies, allow at least seven days for the breach to be remedied. For rooming accommodation, allow at least fi ve days.
