Repairs listed on the Entry Condition Report
The Entry Condition Report may state that something is broken or needs repair.
However, recording repair problems on the form does not mean the repairs will get fixed. You still need to ask your lessor, agent or provider to carry out the repairs.
You can make a note of agreed repairs on the Entry Condition Report. If the lessor, agent or provider does not agree to do the repairs, you can give them a Notice to Remedy Breach asking them to do the repairs. For more information, see the Repairs and Maintenance Tenancy Facts.
